“And  when the day of Pentecost was fully come …suddenly there came a sound from heaven as of a rushing mighty wind , and it filled all the house… and there appeared unto them cloven tongues like fire , and it sat upon each of them. And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost…” Acts 2 : 1-4

“Fear not, O land be glad and rejoice for the Lord will do great things … Be glad then ye children of Zion and rejoice in the lord your God: for he hath given you the former rain moderately, and he will cause to come down to you the rain , the former rain , and the latter rain in the first month” Joel 2 :21-23

There is  a pattern  in the kingdom that God does things in stages, He makes things to happen for His people in stages. So,  when in Acts 2, the bible talks about when the day of Pentecost was fully come, it tells us therefore that there was a time when the day of Pentecost was not fully when it was a partial fulfillment,  in trickles and as a foretaste.

That it has fully come means the fullness of it has come, and when the season for it came,  no one was a spectator, every one was a partaker, a receiver.

In this season that we are in, none shall be left out. On the day Pentecost was  fully come, that heaven came to earth the supernatural met the natural, heaven visited the earth. So also will the  heaven  kiss earth on your behalf in this season the Lord has brought us in.

What is Pentecost?

It is actually a festival that is used to celebrate the full harvest. And when it comes it symbolic of the visitation of the Lord

Why did God choose harvest time to pour out His Spirit?

The coming of the Holy Ghost was to bring the people up into what God has for them. The outpouring of the Spirit was what made them ready for the fullness. so someone like Peter stepped into his call as a result of the fullness of the Spirit upon him.

In this season we have come into the fullness of the promise and that which has been held back  is released, therefore we are into that which God has for us because the day of Pentecost is fully come. It is our time of visitation .  and we are stepping out into the fullness of what God has for us.

You cannot keep this thing to yourself because God visitation brings about fruitfulness, it is like water on a barren ground it has to begin to yield fruits. And as He said in Jer 30:18 (msg) he will turn things around for you …thanksgiving will pour out of your windows, laughter will spill through your doors. Things will get better and better. THE LORD WILL DO GREAT THINGS!
